Elaine King is an experienced Primary Teaching Principal with over 20 years experience. She trained in Mary Immaculate College and holds a Masters Degree in Education in Special Needs and Inclusive Practices. Elaine has also completed numerous leadership, educational and management courses and has a keen interest in leadership, coaching and mentoring. Elaine is a qualified CSL Mentor with the Centre for School Leadership Ireland, now known as Oide. She is also a Team Mentor with the IPPN training groups of Principals in Year 2. (Irish Primary Principals Network). The CSL now operates under Oide.
Elaine engages in regular continuous professional development and offers expert advice in the areas of Leadership, Coaching, Interview preparation, CVs and cover letters. Elaine also delivers webinars for Education Centres around Ireland on Leadership and Interview Preparation.
Elaine has also qualified as a Leader Coach with a QQI Level 6 Certificate Award in Coaching Practice & Ethics (Specialising in Educational Leadership Coaching) and a Diploma in Life and Leadership Coaching (Association for Coaching accredited and CSL endorsed.)
